We follow the official schedule, if timings or acts move, the plan moves with them and the crew chat hears first, if a fest cancels or shifts dates you choose between the new dates, another departure or a full refund of the trip fee

It depends on the departure and every trip page lists it, Hallucia includes travel from your city, stay, food, the fest pass and a trip captain, Mood Indigo includes your rooms, pickup and drop in Mumbai, meals and a trip captain, with your train or flight to Mumbai booked by you, Spring Fest includes pickup and drop at Howrah or Kharagpur station, four nights in an IIT Kharagpur hostel, all meals, the fest pass and a trip captain, with your train booked by you

Fill the booking form, scan our QR with any UPI app and pay the booking amount, then send us the screenshot on WhatsApp, the message is written for you, we confirm your seat on WhatsApp and the balance, where there is one, is due before departure

It’s 30% to confirm your seat on Hallucia and Mood Indigo, for Mood Indigo the other 70% is due within 30 days before the fest, for Hallucia before departure, Spring Fest is ₹2,499 to book on either plan with the rest due by 22 December, 30 days before the fest, the form shows you the exact amount before you pay

Because travel from your city is in the price, the base fare is shown on the page and we confirm your exact fare on WhatsApp before you pay anything

More than 30 days before departure you get 80% of the trip fee back, 15 to 30 days gets 50%, under 15 days there’s no refund because your seat can’t be resold in time, Spring Fest 2027 runs on its own windows, 75% then 50% then 25% then nothing inside 7 days, the full policy is on the cancellation page

You need to be 18 or over, beyond that, all streams, all colleges, all welcome

A government photo ID and your college ID, rail tickets need the name on your ID and most fests check college ID at the gate

A trip captain travels with every group, start to finish, their call is final on the ground
