Trip fee, after booking

Cancellation more than 30 days before departure: 80% refund of the trip fee.

15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund.

Under 15 days: no refund, your seat is held and cannot be resold in time.

Spring Fest 2027 runs on its own windows, printed in its brochure and on the Spring Fest page: 75% more than 30 days before, 50% at 15 to 29 days, 25% at 7 to 14 days, nothing inside 7, counted back from 21 January 2027.

If we cancel

Departure cancelled by us for any reason: 100% of the trip fee refunded within 7 working days.

Fest force majeure

If a fest cancels or shifts dates, the departure shifts with it. You choose: move with the new dates, transfer to any open departure, or take a full refund of the trip fee.

Timelines

Refunds go back to the account you paid from. Timelines depend on your bank once the transfer is released.
